He is particularly interested in artist of Music for the Soul. He calls it Solrac (Soul-Rock) Music; music of hope compassion and love. Ask him how he envisions sharing his knowledge and I build on the basics experience, His answer, "As partner to music stores and music schools everywhere. they teach and help artists put them to practical, well rounded use." Carlos, along with his life and business partner, Liz Merriweather, developed the Goal Designing Flash Planner system, a tool crafted specifically for the purpose of guiding and encouraging artists.As a part time marketer for Verity Records/Sony Music, Carlos realizes what major labels will someday discover. He says, "The combined value of independent artists is priceless!" That’s where Carlos comes in. Carlos earned his business degree in 2007 from Indiana Wesleyan University. In previous years he enjoyed the Boston campus life at Berklee College of Music, studying music composition and arranging. His music marketing and sound engineering certificates are from Berklee. He also earned a literary diploma in 2007, and subsequently authored his first book. Carlos is the music consultant and marketing manager for Artist Development Coaching, and a commercial and movie actor with Graham Entertainment.

Carlos has scheduled the release of a new series of audio recordings in 2012 titled, The Memoirs of Tony Dollars.
