Developing Artists

Liz is extremely excited about the January, 2012 launch of her newly published 52 page workbook, the Goal Designing Flash Planner (literally, in a flash drive), which walks artists through a detailed self-examination process to help idenitfy and eliminate barriers to personal and professional growth.

Self-Examination

The Goal Designing Flash Planner challenges and guides readers to set realistic expectations, strategies for action and acountability plans which ultimately provide lasting results. Artists work independently with the program's tools and upon completion email their results to the Artist Development Coaching team. They then participate in a personalized, 40-minute, telephonic coaching session. The Goal Designing Flash Planner is based on the same systems that Liz has used to coach thousands of people over a span of 24 years. Leaders in state government, artists, business owners, military personnel, parents and students of all ages have discovered the self-awareness, direction and drive it takes to create new realities.
